Winter Guard

The NBHS Winter Guard is a highly successful auditioned group that uses dance and equipment to portray a show. The group serves as a natural extension of the marching band color guard activity, however, there is no experience required for this ensemble. Shows are performed inside gymnasiums on floor coverings and are usually between 4-6 minutes long.

The Winter Guard travels to and competes in local and regional competitions throughout the late winter and early spring seasons. Practices are typically 2 times a week after-school.
