Marching Band 2025 Info
Important Information:
Presto Assistant: Be sure to see Presto Information for account creation. All MB forms will need to be signed on this platform. Account creation
Physicals: Physicals are needed for MB. These should be done by August 15. You will need to create an account on Dragonfly. This is the same platform NBHS athletics and students who participate in athletics will be able to share this with coaches. See here for how to make an account

- In addition, students will need KHAKI SHORTS for Summer Uniform (August-September games). First game is August 29.
Important Dates 2025
- July 14-18 Band Camp Week 1 @ NBHS 9-5pm (Lunch Break at 12:00)
- July 21-25 Band Camp Week 2 @ NBHS 8am-6pm. Students need to bring lunch.
Band Payments
Important: All parents and students need to have Presto Assistant accounts for payments. This will be the hub for all forms, payments, and calendar.
All other payments (checks and money order preferred) should be made out to New Bern Band Club. Mail or Card is accepted.

- If you did not receive a welcome email, go to to https://app.presto-assistant.com/
- Create an account using the following organizational code: newbernhsband
- Once you have logged in, click on “View Family” to add children to your account. You will be able to add multiple students on the same login.
- Enter the student’s school email address (using their ID number). For example: [email protected]
- Select the relationship.
- The student will need to login and verify the relationship.
- The main page will allow you to look at your child’s band calendar, handouts, inventory assignments, and financials.
- Credit card payments for fees, trips and deposits to your student’s account. You may pay for your child’s fees or trips easily with a credit card. There is a fee associated with this to offset Stripe charges. No information is stored on our end. You may pay as much or as little as you want. Your account will automatically be credited and reflect your new outstanding balance.
- Online Credit card/debit card payments can be made on-line using Presto Assistant. There is a 2% convenience fee.
