What is Charms Office?
The Charms Office Assistant is an all-encompassing office assistant used to:
- Track fundraisers and disburse profits
- Communicate with parents and students through the online calendar and ‘News’ section
- Upload handouts, sound files, assignments, audition materials, maps, and more for students and parents to access
- View who’s paid their fees, who still owes, and give a running balance on trip accounts
- Since it is online based, it is available to you at anytime.
How Do I Log into My Account?
First go to charmsoffice.com. In the Parent/Student Login, enter NewBernHSband. The default password is the student’s school ID number.
Can I Make Payments Online?
Yes. You can pay online through PayPal in the "Finances" section. Please keep in mind that there is a 3% convenience charge, which is not applied to the payment.
